Digital products
Brand Leverage offers digital products including The Leverage Point (£49) and any future digital tools or guides. The following applies to all digital purchases:
- All digital products are delivered electronically upon payment confirmation.
- Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed.
- If you have a genuine issue with delivery or access, contact us within 48 hours and we'll sort it: hello@thebrandleverage.com
- Products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share access with others.
The Signal newsletter
The Signal is Brand Leverage's free weekly newsletter. By subscribing:
- You agree to receive regular emails containing brand strategy insights, frameworks, and resources.
- You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any issue. No questions asked.
- Your email is managed via Beehiiv. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.
Brand World Session
The Brand World Session is a paid, done-with-you brand strategy session (currently £1,200). By booking:
- A booking is confirmed once payment has been received.
- Cancellations require 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled session time. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling requests made with more than 48 hours' notice will be accommodated where possible, subject to availability.
- Deliverables from the session (strategy documents, frameworks, positioning statements) are provided for your personal and business use. Intellectual property in the underlying frameworks remains with Brand Leverage.
Free tools
Free tools (Signal Audit, Obvious Choice Framework, The Context Gap, and any future tools) are provided as-is for educational and diagnostic purposes. Results are indicative, not definitive. Brand Leverage accepts no liability for business decisions made based on tool outputs.
Access to free tools requires submission of name and email. See our Privacy Policy for how that data is used.
Intellectual property
All content on thebrandleverage.com — including frameworks, tools, written content, visual design, and methodology — is owned by Brand Leverage (Cal Bailie).

Limitation of liability
Brand Leverage provides tools and content for educational purposes. We make no guarantee that applying our frameworks will produce specific business outcomes. Our total liability for any claim arising from a paid product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
